		<description>Customer defection has important internal reasons - that coming from inside the company- to create as a side effect of employees dissatisfaction and employees disengagement which mainly caused by bad direct managers, or CHANGE programs or when the manager replaced by a new manager and the new cannot gain his employees attention and loyalty due to the new manager weak management, then terminate the present employees work and start replacement, not because the employees are incapability; but for the new manager own incapability to manage. The case cause the investors or the biz owners pay the bill of firing and hiring, training, learning, and knowing the biz, the value of the lost history, and the connection with the biz history, so customer detention also suffer dramatically.
Accordingly, prior to giving full authority to the new manager, there should be a pre-established principles of sectional/departmental/regional grounds on which managing the existing employees will take place.
Some, of the bad managers do not discuss a subject but just send signals of orders assuming they are in the middle of armed forces executing a war, they may also do not understand the meaning of the mutual interest and how to work in a teamwork atmosphere and give a chance for innovation and creation within framework. Usually in similar atmosphere living or working together and living working are missed all together and replaced by living under and work for.
The policy of treating the employee as a stranger and impliedly or directly waving with ending the service contract as cutting edge to gain the maximum performance are very dangerous grounds with today media (TV movie, new and criminal offensives) which are all usually encourage in an indirect way to create culture and a criminal end for the bad manager.</description>
