Hi Anita,

I'm the founder/co-developer of a membership plugin for WordPress.

This is precisely the reason we tell people to get away from Blogger. In fact, we even tell them to get away from hosted blogs at WordPress.com (the hosted version of wordpress), because wordpress.com won't let you upload your own custom plugins which can really help you monetize your blog), or publish advertisements or affiliate inks.

[sidebar]How can we work with you to promote our product? Would you/your company be willing to become an affiliate of ours? Or would we have to go through your ad channel?[/sidebar]

Thanks!

hi michael,

Thanks for the write with I guess even after 3 years later people would be reading this post. I am in the mist of conveting the rest of my blogger blogs to wordpress blog. I also found it easy to monetise from affiliate networks and adsense from wordpress blogging.

have a nice day!

Very helpful info. I'm glad I found it before having more time vested in Blogger. I'm moving my business blog to WP today.

Thanks, Michael

That's it. After reading this, I have finally made the decision to jump to WP before it's too late. Have purchased a domain name and found a host already but was thinking of still using my blogger template. With this however, it's definite. It will be WP for me from now on.

Thanks for this valuable info. Will share with you my "moving" experience soon.

From the tuna capital of the Phils., hello.
