More on Eminent Domain’s Threat to Small Business
Recently on this site we have been discussing the issue of eminent domain and the threat it poses to small business. I’d like to point out one additional source of excellent information.
The Small Business and Entrepreneurship Council has come out squarely against overzealous eminent domain actions. The SBE has put together a 9-page report that chronicles a long list of local governments taking eminent domain actions against small businesses.
