Small Business Trends

Microsoft’s Small Business Summit is taking place this week.

As is the trend these days, this conference can be attended in-person and also online. The online option is going to become even more common at small business conferences, because travel is expensive — not to mention that it is tough for business owners to get away.

The conference features a mix of Microsoft personnel discussing Microsoft products or sometimes general business topics, along with outside experts.

I notice that Jennifer Laycock, Editor of Search Engine Guide is speaking today (Wednesday, March 21) on search engine marketing. That is just one of an extensive array of topics.
