I run housing for medical students and we've recently had such demand for things green from those tenants that we had to find a way to fill the gap. So, they moved to energy efficient lighting solutions to reduce the amount of electricity that they were using. They replaced outdated fixtures and bulbs with newer high efficiency rated products. They also modified the circuitry in their 6,000 square foot space which was lit in large sections - extremely inefficient given the fact that table play is individualized. They are now able to light the tables that are in use as opposed to the entire space, which not only saves them hundreds of dollars monthly, but makes their customers happy with better (and "greener") lighting.
