I like Twitter because it’s a combination of personal and professional. Because in the end, business really is personal. So it’s nice to be able to combine the two.

I’ve been touched by the people who have reached out through Twitter. You get to know people — not just businesses — through it.

It’s nice to know that time you spend on sites like Twitter, can pay off in the long run. I guess that’s why people tell you to stick with things long enough to see results. Not only did you make some helpful contacts but you came across a long lost friend. Nice story.

That’s a great story, Anita. Thanks for sharing that with us. I bet many other people out there are having similar experiences. Maybe they’ll start to share them here with us . . . I haven’t had that kind of experience yet but it would be nice if I did hear from an old friend out of the blue. That’s a nice, pleasant surprise!
