Five Days Profitability Channel for Free – Bonus Gift

As a follow-on to last week’s birthday giveaways, I have one bonus gift to point out.

The Profitability Channel, which is an online video channel for small businesses, is opening up all their programming for free for five days, starting today.

Ruth King, the CEO of Profitability Channel, was creating and distributing video programming online before it became trendy. Ruth has had me as a guest on her programs, and they are the kinds of video programming you won’t find elsewhere on the Web. The videos include PowerPoint slides alongside with the video. But it’s the topics that are so valuable — they’re small business programming on highly substantive topics. Examples include:

  • How to compensate employees
  • Inc or LLC?
  • Easy Ways to Manage Cash
  • Estate Planning for business owners
  • Short term benchmarks

All 283 library programs will be free from November 19 – 23, 2008.

Go to www.profitabilitychannel.com

Click the “Join” button (in the dark blue area of the screen)

When it prompts you for the promo code use:  esp

This sounds awesome. I’ll have to go over, join and peruse the selection. Thanks for the offer. :)

  2. Chris F says:

Too bad they only support Internet Explorer.
    Not MAC friendly. boo.

  3. David R says:

Yeah, sounds awesome until you get the message that Internet Explorer is required to view the programs. I didn’t see anywhere in the sign up process that IE is a requirement.

  4. Thanks for pointing out the source.

  5. Chris F and David R — sorry it didn’t work out for you.

  6. How does this work Anita? I’m quite confused.

  7. Chris says:

    Luz,
It’s easy. All you have to do is go to the site via the link in the post, click “Join,” enter the “esp” promo code, provide your information – and then you receive access to all of the video libraries. (You do need to use IE, however.)

Inc or LLC? – A must see video I should say. I really wanted to know w/c is better and to know where and when to use Inc. or LLC in business.

  9. Kris Bovay says:

Thanks Anita. Spent some time exploring and listening/watching. Great content. I too was interested in the LLC or Inc session – but when I clicked on that one I got a sales program instead. Others worked well (and the sales program was also useful).

    Hi Anita,

Being the host of Tech Talk for the channel, I may be a bit partial. But I do think there are some really great programs on the channel. Ruth and her team provide a lot of quality content aimed squarely at small business folks. People should definitely take advantage of the free access to see if this kind of information would be helpful to them.

    Thanks again!
