We Have Winners for our Keyword Guide Giveaway

guide to chosing keywords for small businesses A few weeks back it was my birthday week.  One of the joys of being the Editor in Chief of Small Business Trends is running contests and give-aways.  I love to give stuff away.  It’s my way of saying “thank you.”

So in honor of Thanksgiving Day here in the United States, when we give thanks for our good fortune and our families and good friends, I want to say thank you by announcing the winners of our recent give-aways.

WordTracker – Aaron Wall Keyword Guide

I had four copies of the very useful, very detailed WordTracker Keyword Strategies Guide written by SEO Guru Aaron Wall.  To perform the random drawing, I used the Randomizer tool and randomly picked 4 commenters on the original giveaway post.

Without further a-do the winners are:

Chelle Cordero, an author whose comment said “I want to increase traffic to my site – I have to get them there so that they can see what a terrific writer I am and buy my books.”  Chelle, I hope this Guide helps you sell many many books.

Tara, an American ex-pat living in Turkey, whose comment said “It is so funny that this opportunity would come up today because I just decided one of the first things I need to learn how to do to set up the online presence of the little consulting business I’m starting with two friends is learn how to do keyword research.“  Tara, good luck to you in your new business venture.

Mark Wood, whose comment said “Our new website promoting our discount real estate listing service is about to launch next week. I have personally spent hours working on the site making it simple, yet informative. The last stage for me is SEO. I have skirted the issue for as long as I can, Now I must act and I know the importance of using keywords to drive traffic. I need some guidance – time to pull out the Big Gun – Aaron Wall.”  Mark, good luck on the launch of your new business.

Rick Resch, whose comment said, “I found out about you from listening to Yaro Starak’s October 8, 2008 teleseminar that he holds about each week and your website was mentioned. I found your website interesting and wanted to know more, especially about your daily birthday freebie. I want to learn more about keyword research and would be excited winning a copy of the Wordtracker Keyword Strategies Guide to help me with my blog on Ferraris. I am presently a student of the Blog Mastermind.”  Rick, may you get that Ferrari of your dreams someday soon.

Thanks to all for participating.  If you’d like to read all the comments (pretty interesting view of the world of small business), go to the original giveaway post.

I am a little late for the drawing but who knows if it will come around again. I would love to get a copy of Wordtracker Keyword Strategies. It looks like a great companion piece to a product I found on Muvar.com for multivariate testing. I can use different keywords/buzz words from the book and enter them in my variables!
    Perfect fit!
