By day Janet is employed by Orange Soda, a Utah-based Internet-marketing firm, where she advises clients on blogging and social media strategies.
Here first article here is about how customers are shifting away from the Yellow Pages as their primary source to find local businesses, but instead are turning to the Internet in increasing numbers. As of which suggests that if you are still relyin primarily on the Yellow Pages for visibility, it’s time to get your online house in order.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I’m happy to be a part of this community. Small businesses are some of the most fun to work with. Most of the time my work goes faster and I have greater leeway to be creative with my small clients.
Amanda – I was the first online marketing manager at Tahitian Noni. A lot of my work was putting systems into place. We redesigned our site and applied SEO concepts. The marketing concepts were similar to any other ecommerce store but we knew a lot more about our customers. One challenge was making all of the distributor sites help (not hurt) our search engine visibility.
