Streamwood, IL (PRESS RELEASE – November 30, 2008)- Retailbound.com, a leading provider of retail coaching and consulting services in the areas of Retail, Online and Catalog merchandising, today announced a number of new online workshops to help small suppliers learn how to sell to and work with retailers.
“Today it’s getting harder and harder to sell new products to retailers as they are cutting back store expansions and consolidating their vendor base due to the present economy. Many small suppliers, especially new start-ups, are having a difficult time getting their foot in the door with retailers,” said Regina Jacob, Marketing/Sales Director of Retailbound.com. “Our new online workshops were designed for that time starved retail-oriented supplier who wants to know the key tips in order to be successful in selling their products to a particular retailer.”
“Are you ready for retail” and “How to hire and work with manufacturer sales reps” are the first two online workshops scheduled in January 2009. More online workshops geared around the retail supplier are in the works to be developed and will be scheduled during the 2nd quarter of 2009.
