@Mike Rogers - I couldn't agree more. Getting training to stick is a huge thing. You will be successful if you can make that happen. Keep us posted.

@Mia - btw, love the blog name: Cupcake Marketing. There is a famous cupcake maker in Seattle that you should write about... :-)

@Allison - Your blastoff coaching program sounds very exciting. Stop back often and share your successes and experiences with people learning from it. Thank you for joining the conversation here.

Hi,

Have you ever got excited about training you took only to apply very little of what you learned? Most trainers do little to help learning transfer back to the job. SecondG.net was started with the mission of ensuring that leaders and teams apply what they learn. SecondG.net training is different; it is a new Generation of training.

Hi, my name is Mike Rogers. I am the founder and principal owner of SecondG.net (http://www.secondg.net)- a team and leadership development company and a teamwork and leadership blog (http://www.teamworkandleadership.com). I am passionate about helping teams and leaders improve, and I really do care. I have been involved in leadership and organizational development since 1996 as a consultant to both mid and large size companies and have helped hundreds of people and teams get better. I can help you and your team, I guarantee it!

Thanks for letting me introduce myself.
