"Grow Ears" Lol! Twitter offers endless opportunities to build a company's brand and to attract new leads and customers. But for a new business it takes time and a well devised strategy to build a following on twitter, but I do feel the time invested will provide long-term benefits.

Nice long list. In B2B, I have found twitter helpful, but the problem is that most of my followers are simply spammers who are wanting to increase their own follower number - hoping that I will follow them. Haven't found the right B2B strategy yet for using Twitter.
