Static FBML is good one, I want to share a good trick. When you have done your static FBML page then go to Edit page menu and there you will find an option> landing page. click on it and make your static FBML box landing page of your facebook fan page. It will give more charm and attention of users to your facebook page.

Another interesting tool for small businesses seeking to leverage referrals from Facebook is FavRav. It’s basically s a free referral community that lets Facebook users refer local businesses to their friends and family. When customers refer your business, it posts a message to their Facebook Wall for all their friends to see.

Thanks for the tips. PandaForm has been using Static FBML to embed our web forms into Facebook Fanpages, it is really quite easy and useful. Our web forms act as product order forms, registration forms, and other types of forms, where Facebook users can directly fill out on Facebook Fanpages.

Good article Lisa. These all seem like apps that would defintely be beneficial for businesses. I think a lot of companies are hesitant to use Facebook for a lot of reasons-including privacy- but these applications seem like that could really help out businesses.

Really useful Apps, specially the FBML, I’ve used not only for welcome pages, to create another tabs inside the FBML page too.
