How is your business doing this year? Before you answer, what have you make 2011 a better year? Work at establishing trust? If you want your business to do better now and in the future, ask yourself first what you are doing to establish trust? This includes trust that your employees have in each other established through your company culture. But it should also include the trust your customers have for your product and brand.   1. Today’s infographic is pretty interesting. (Thanks for talking about the one on my main blog, too)

    I immediately keyed in on the orange section that mentions that mining and manufacturing’s been up this year.

    Mining is an industry that’s usually off of my personal radar; I just never think about it. But, it’s obviously an important industry, and it’s nice to see that it’s one that’s enjoying a strong year.
