  1. Perhaps in some cases Social Media will affect your business, or your competitiveness, but it depends upon your business model. I read recently that advertising within Social Media is not that effective, as users get used to it and ‘zone’ it out. Will that effect the viability of Social Media – as we know it today – in the future?
