So you stumbled upon a botched transaction in your business; a quality lapse, unsavory employee behavior, a blown lead, missed sale or wasted materials.
You can be reactive and step on the one cockroach, or you can be proactive, spend more time on a “project”, and create a system and culture that isn’t hospitable to cockroaches.
The latter takes more time, but in the long run, you’ll have cleaner shoes.
