What Is The Word Or Words That You Own?

My company has been the leader in our business for a long time. Our competitors would come and go, and use parts of our name and copy our ad headlines. The public would get confused and think they were us and there was nothing we could do about it because the words were generic.

Then I invented a word that would be uniquely ours that we could trademark. It was very short and told them about all our services (basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, basement finishing and foundation structural repair). Our audience would know it was US very quickly every time, even if they weren’t “looking” for us at the time they saw our message. It was “sticky”!

I have a 22 year baseline before using this 3 years ago – and it works like crazy!
