  3. Thanks Shawn for sharing these links. I believe that one major problem that isn’t on top of everyone’s priority list in doing social media is reputation management. You can’t please everyone and you better have plan B when conflicts arise. A bad word about your brand is still word of mouth that can go viral.

    I used to think Facebook was the most popular place for all businesses to be; Twitter too. but it’s not necessarily so. You have to find where your market is and it’s not always those two platforms.
