  1. Great list! I’m excited to try the TouchCast. Looks pretty good and if it does what it says it does, it will then be included in my favorite applications out there.

  2. I’ve met the guys behind Tok and it’s very cool. I’ll keep my eye out for these guys in the new year.

  3. All these have some pretty good ideas upon startup. I guess the businesses that make it big today are the ones that can come up with the most creative ideas.

  4. Great list of start ups. Looks like education start ups are going to be big this year.

  5. Cone-shaped pizza? Very interesting. Different. I think the first time I’d have it, my brain would be too busy thinking it was having a cone of spicy chewy warm ice cream. I’d definitely try it though :).

    • Haha I thought so too. Although I am quite familiar with some pizza breads but this is still quite interesting. I am somehow intrigued about its taste.

      • I’m thinking what’s in the cone won’t taste a whole lot different. I mean if they’re really good at it, then yeah, that will taste nice. But it’s the consistency of the cone and eating them together that’ll be interesting to taste.

  6. Very useful list. Another possible application – it could give you ideas on how to find a niche for your own startup!

  7. This is a REALLY fantastic list! I made notes! ;) very excited to hear about Touchcast, Sense Health and Simply Insured! Wow! Seems people have been thinking as much as I have!
I’ve recently sparked the “cherry on top” of my idea that will positively affect millions of people all over the world. But MAN! Can I tell you how hard it is to try and get someone to notice you flailing your arms ? And then my question of “who to trust?” With my idea enough to tell.. ? Any advice would be TREMENDOUSLY appreciated.

I am so glad I stumbled on your article here :)
