  1. Another great article from Anita.

For many people, change is overwhelming. Creating plan for change and making the changes in bite size pieces with team buy-in is so very helpful. In fact, what I found is that team members, when asked, have THE best suggestions on how to change things for the better.

  2. Starting early can do a lot for your business. It allows you to think with a clearer mind and get more things done. It is good for just about any type of task. Not just for business.

  3. Toyota has developed an outstanding way of operating its business. Lexus is the prime example of this. I remember the studies of TQM and how Dr. Edwards Deming had to go to Japan in order to spread his ideas on quality.

Have you read the book on Kaizen?

  4. Starting early in the morning is a great tip. I love getting to work early and finishing before my son gets home from school. I get to spend alot more hours a day with him because I started early.

  5. What a great article. I have to say that setting and writing down goals I believe is the best tip you gave. Write down your goals, look at them every day and focus on them. Thanks for a great article.

  6. Great tips…I love how simple some of these ideas are but yet we tend to ignore them when it comes to our own situations. Thanks for this.
