Pierre DeBois is the founder of Zimana, a consultancy providing strategic analysis to small and medium sized businesses that rely on web analytics and social media data to optimize marketing and online presence.
Pierre began his career as a design engineer at Ford Motor Company, where he engineered components for the Ranger program, lead export certification for the Explorer, and worked on various product development projects, including a corporate export certification project.
In 2002 he was an AmeriCORP volunteer at Accion USA, the largest micro lending institution in the United States, where he helped review small businesses applicants for loan proposals. As a business development analyst for Lesco, a government logistics and IT contractor, he revised website content to appeal to B2B partners and government agencies.
Pierre earned a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering at Prairie View A&M University and a Masters in Business Administration at Georgia Tech. He is a native of Gary, Indiana.
