My passion is small business and the operations' excellence required to deliver a product that creates word-of-mouth, customer referrals and instills pride in those whose passion created it.

For 7 years I was CEO of Conference Calls Unlimited. During that time the company’s revenues grew 80% while retail prices industry-wide fell by 70%. Cash flows remained positive and the company remained free of debt. All this was accomplished by a relentless focus on delivering a service that reflected everyone’s pride, passion and integrity.
