Sales Advice – This is So Good You Should Put it Online

In January I invited Warren Greshes, a sales and motivational coach, on the Small Business Trends Radio program. During the show he said something that rang true based on my past business experience: it’s all well and good to talk high level sales strategies, but you have to focus on day-to-day activity if you actually want to make your sales goals.

On the show he outlined a short, sweet and to-the-point system using index cards for measuring daily sales activity and to keep on track to meet goals. (Read more here, and download the audio.) His system applies whether you are a small business owner and act as your own chief sales person, or whether you manage a sales force.

During one of the commercial breaks, I remember saying to Warren, “This is so good you should put your system online in some form of a download.”

The next thing I know I am getting a phone call from Warren. He says, “My new sales book is out. And by the way, I listened to your feedback about my sales activity tracking system and it is now online in the form of an online course.”

That was fast. Here it is.
