I have Quickbooks version 5.0C release R1. I downloaded the 2007 update as per the Quickbooks web site and installed on my computer. When I press the update company files the program is asking me to insert my 2007 disc. I don’t have the disc because I downloaded 2007 from Quickbooks website. Now I can not continue because Quickbooks will not send me a disc with the 2007 on it so that I can continue. What am I suppose to do not that this won’t work. I asked Quickbooks for help for over a month and all they say is to send them my company books and they will convert them for me then I should buy 2011 and they will load it for me. I don’t want to send them my books and I just bought 2010. Help Please.
