Business Plans: Necessity or Busywork?

    Great article! There are basically many factors to consider while writing a Business Plan, and as usual with practice, the more Business Plans you write, the better and faster you’ll get at it, such as one of the most important purpose of a Business Plan
    is to have three primary functions: An Action Plan, Road Map and a Sales Tool.
