AT&T Extends Availability of Popular Tech Support 360 Service Up-Market to Midsize Businesses





Dallas,TX (PRESS RELEASE – September 11, 2009) – Building on the success of last year’s AT&T Tech Support 360SM introduction for small businesses, AT&T* today announced the availability of AT&T Tech Support 360 Desktop Helpdesk Minutes for midsize businesses with an average of 15 to 50 employees.

The service offers remote online computer support, installation assistance and PC performance tune-up 24 hours a day, seven days a week via any high speed Internet connection. In addition, starting this month, for midsize businesses AT&T is offering a block of Tech Support 360 Helpdesk Minutes that can be shared across all customer computers. These yearly block-of-time subscription packages start as low as $250 per month for 200 monthly minutes on any combination of company-authorized computers.

Since last fall’s launch for small businesses, the number of Tech Support 360 customers has grown rapidly surpassing the 100,000-new customer milestone in July. In addition, Tech Support 360 has scored highly in customer satisfaction, with 92 percent of new customers saying they’re “very satisfied” with the service.

Tech Support 360 is available in a variety of one-time service options, subscriptions at the computer level, and now a block of minutes the company can share across multiple computers. One-time service purchase options include laptop and desktop computer performance tuneups or other services, such as software application training and wireless local area network setup and support.

Subscription plans for each computer come with unlimited remote access support for hardware, software and network connections for customer PCs. Yearly subscription service plans range from $19 to $28 per month per computer – significantly less that the cost of a single computer on-site service call.
