Win Some Holiday Reading: Tweet About the 2009 Best Business Book Awards

Late last week we kicked off the 2009 Best Small Business Book Awards — Reader’s Choice. It’s an opportunity for readers like you to vote on your favorite new business books of 2009.

The response has been outstanding.  Originally my goal was to get 1,000 votes.  Well, we’ve already blown past that number.

So, am I content to just sit back now?  Of course not!  🙂

I’ve upped my goal.  Now I want to hit 5,000 votes — to get as much reader input as possible into the Awards.

To get to the new goal, I’ve decided to sweeten the mix.  Between now and November 30, 2009, we will be giving away one book each day, to a person chosen at random who issues a tweet on Twitter encouraging their followers to vote.  To be eligible, all you have to do is point people to the voting ballot at http://bit.ly/1EP16X and use the hashtag #bizbookawards in your tweet.

What will you have a possibility of winning?  Either a copy of Reality Check, by Guy Kawasaki, one of last year’s Editor’s Choice award winners — or one of the 2009 books nominated this year.

Don’t have time to compose your own personalized tweet?  We’ve made it easy for you.  Just copy and paste the following language into Twitter:
