Traverse City, Michigan (PRESS RELEASE – March 27, 2010) – Appia Communications announced today that its Appia Video Communication (AVC) platform has been enhanced to provide a telepresence experience with full 1080p resolution.

Finally, while customers can install all of the infrastructure equipment necessary for AVC on their premises, they can also choose to use Appia’s Video as a Service option. This reduces the capital cost and relieves customers of the burden of managing their video infrastructure.
