With the wrap up last week of the SugarTone Sweet Business Blogging Contest, organizers are planning an e-book to be released soon with a compilation of the entries for all to enjoy.
Congratulations to first prize winners Greg Fry and Frank Bradly who are splitting $350 in products and gift certificates from sponsor Hewlett-Packard plus some other special gifts. You can read Greg’s post “How Can I Look Amazing On LinkedIn?” and Frank’s post “Creating a Successful Conference Call” and the rest of the SugarTone entries on BizSugar.com.
For those who missed the contest, an e-book being created by the BizSugar and Tweak Your Biz (formerly Bloggertone) teams containing all the entries and bios on contributors will be compiled over the next few weeks and will be made available to both the BizSugar and Tweak Your Biz communities as soon as it is completed.
Second prize for the contest went to Tweak Your Biz member Beyond Breast Cancer for her comment on Lorna Sixsmith’s post “How to build PR for your business – effectively and on a budget.” The prize is $250 in products or gift certificates from HP.
The contest was a joint project of BizSugar.com, the small business news and social media community, and Tweak Your Biz, the business blogging community. Read more about the contest results on the BizSugar Blog or see the Tweak Your Biz wrap up announcement on the SugarTone Sweet Business Blogging Contest.
Participants had from 4 p.m. GMT/9 a.m. EST Monday Aug. 30 through 4 p.m. Monday Sept. 6 GMT/9 a.m. EST to submit a blog post on the theme “Making your business amazing.” Submissions were then placed on the BizSugar Website where BizSugar members had from Monday Aug. 30 at 4pm GMT/9am EST until Thursday Sept. 9, 4pm GMT/9am EST to vote or to make comments on their favorite post either on BizSugar or on Tweak Your Biz.
Posts receiving the highest votes on BizSugar received the first prize of $350 in products and/or gift certificates from Hewlett-Packard while the most “compelling” comment on either BizSugar or Tweak Your Biz (as chosen by our judges) took second prize of $250 in products/gift certificates from HP.
Special thanks to BizSugar CEO and Small Business Trends editor Anita Campbell and to the BizSugar team including Staci Wood, Amanda Stillman, Joel Libava, TJ McCue and the BizSugar community of moderators for their efforts. Thanks also to Niall Devitt, Facundo Villaveiran and Fred Caballero.
This is great news!
I can’t wait to read it, and pass it around..
It should have some high-quality content, for sure.

I look forward to read the e-book! 🙂 I bet that sponsor Hewlett-Packard (HP) is happy with the great participation and I think they should start planning for next year!
