A trick I use is finding ways to create more value for customers with minimal effort from my end.
In other words, identify things that are valuable to your customers, but cost you almost nothing, and give them away to those you serve.
This gives them a reason to do more business with you, keeps you unique (which keeps them from leaving), creates more referrals, and costs very little on your end.
