  1. The most frustrating parts of blogging for business owners is the time spent trying to figure out what to write and the time spent actually writing it. If you need help figuring out what to write, we’ve got a free outlining tool. If you need help writing, my suggestion is to podcast instead and have the podcast transcribed and edited into a coherent blog post. When you podcast, be sure to use a side-kick or buddy to interview you. That way you don’t have to write a speech…because if you have to write a speech you might as well write the damn post.

  2. Communication is indeed the key. Communication forms in a way the personality of one’s blog.
    I specifically keep track of my visitors, sometimes using a live traffic feed, in order to know what are they looking for, where are they coming from, what pages are they landing on, and then trying to improve those pages in accordance with their requirements.
