  1. The statement “has become virtually a requirement for all small businesses to own and operate a website” should read, “A must have” for all small businesses regardless of size or industry. At this point it has become an imperative for a small business to have not only a website but and effective website to act as a marketing tool as well as a sales portal to drive traffic into your business. The vast majority of local business searches are taking place online and even more so on Google. Google is the virtual yellow pages of the modern era. Great article, all business owners need to read it!!
