Include Your People In Your Company

Nobody wanted to work at your company because they wanted to be micromanaged.

When we are figuring things out, putting our flavor and solutions into projects and our work, and able to express our creativity is when we are happiest.

Ask your people for their ideas and how to do things better and reward them for it. You’ll get more good ideas, and have happier people who stay longer.
