The award honors women executives, entrepreneurs and the “companies that they run.”

Each respective campaign won multiple awards. Under Link’s leadership, the “Pink Pledge” campaign encouraged over 6,000 women to dedicate themselves to living a healthy lifestyle while “Share Your (MOM)ent,” a site that encouraged users to enter stories about the motherly figures in their lives, received 942 total entries over an 18-day period. The “Omnibus” campaign delivered over 84,000 impressions while achieving and in-banner interaction rate of 10.03 percent, far exceeding the industry average of 1.72 percent. Conversation’s SUNY Plattsburgh campaign, which integrated SEM, online display ads, landing pages and radio spots, led to an overall increase in applications for targeted majors.
