Because the “hard work” is hard (hard to face, hard to execute), we allow ourselves to get distracted and diverted. Busy at work, buying things, food, television, alcohol, hobbies, sports.

And after a while, we say “I can’t or don’t have time” to do what we know we must, to significantly change the course of our lives and businesses for the better.
