  1. The government makes tons of information freely available, but usually the interfaces/websites are hard to navigate. Oh, how it would be if the government were efficient.

  2. Market research is very important for any type of business. It is depressing that a lot of small businesses owners skip this step just to start getting sales. What they don’t know is that research will always be a necessary step for it can help you track everything and can eventually help you increase your sales.
