Recent additions in technology make this the new golden age of customer service. It’s as simple as getting the right customer service apps to serve your customers.
Customer Service Apps

Starts at $425 a month.
Help Scout
Responding to customers over and over again for the same issues can be time consuming and tedious. This solution makes it easy for the support center reps to focus online customer engagement through customizable email templates and automated responses. Free for up to 3 users.

Barry,
Nice list of apps! I’d like to add one: Zopim.com – it’s a simple but powerful site visitor engagement/customer support tool. Just add a code, and a nice live chat/messaging tab added to your site. If your customers have any questions, they can just ask them – and get the response in real time.
Great add!

Live Chat has been very helpful for us in addressing customer concerns. Although we don’t monitor our brand constantly, we make up for it by providing high quality services.

I’ve only used Get Satisfaction and it’s my first time to encounter the other items on this list – will bookmark this page for future reference. I think that many eCommerce sites are missing out on the opportunity to connect with their leads/customers on first touch point; there are even those who would leave your page when they’re one step away from hitting that purchase button and maybe, these apps can help remedy the problem.
These would be helpful tools- any recommendations?

An alternative to Click With Me Now is Join Me. Thanks for sharing these service apps! Do you know if the customer service complaint site GripeVine has an app?
Thanks
Happyfox (happyfox.com) is centralized customer support which charges no extra cost for 24X7 support, provides integrations with the best business app to connect socially.

I think what the GripeO website and mobile app is doing to disrupt the customer service model, not just the technology, is really exciting.
