  1. I especially loved the social media for beginners part. It is quite surprising how many businesses go into social media without learning how to use and maximize it. Social media is useless if you are just merely going to create a profile and blast untargeted messages. It is a tool that must be learned.

You’ve got to learn the fundamentals, choose the social sites you need for your particular company, and then engage with your customers. Marketing has become an interactive two way dialogue.
