I think it is beneficial for any business, big or small, to understand what it takes to market effectively on social media and what it means to have an online presence because most people today live their lives online. Businesses that have a digital platform for marketing and use it effectively are able to increase awareness about their product or service, increase their customer base (because they are able to reach a wider range of people) and establish a competitive advantage. The last thing a business would want to do is become stagnant. Businesses that are changing with the changes in marketing and sales methods will definitely benefit in the long run.
That’s a huge amount of resources, my advice chunk it up and work on one tip at a time.
