Small Business Influencer Wants Your Marketing Campaigns and Growth Stories

Small Business Influencer Wants Your Marketing Campaigns and Growth Stories

Now that the 2014 Small Business Influencer Awards are underway, we’re looking for more submissions in all categories, but particularly in our two newest:

  • Marketing Campaign
  • Growth Story

These two categories require a little more brain power, as we’re looking for unique stories in each category. Whether you know of a candidate for one of these categories or want to nominate your own company or client, here’s what you need to know.

Standout Small Business Marketing Campaigns

Did you boost Web traffic 65% thanks to your Instagram campaign? If so, we want to hear about it!

Are you using an unusual approach to email marketing for a client? If so, share it with us!

This category is for consultants or vendors that have assisted small business clients with marketing campaigns.  Likewise, if your company has had an innovative marketing campaign, you’re welcome to submit it. We’re looking for an overview of the campaign, what media you used to reach your audience, and its results.

When submitting your nomination, please give the campaign a name (such as “Spring Online Ad Campaign” or “Restaurant Direct Mail Campaign” or “Social Media Blitz”) and give details about the campaign, including the name of the client you worked with, if you’re an agency.

Skyrocketing Growth Stories

Are you a startup that went from mediocre sales to unbelievable success after a major product pivot? If so, submit your story!

Do you have a client who got major press and now can’t keep up with orders? That’s a good fit too!

For the Growth Stories category, we’re looking for businesses or individuals operating as a business that have increased revenues or profits by using a new business model or strategy. If you’ve seen phenomenal growth – we want to hear from you.

When submitting your nomination, please give the growth story a name (such as “30% Growth of an Ecommerce Store” or “Increasing Profits for a Manufacturing Company”) and give details about the story, including the name of the company served. If this is your client, please include your name and company as the vendor or consultant on the project.
