“Getting back to basics” is something you hear a lot about businesses.

Sometimes it’s after a crisis. Sometimes it’s after an ousted CEO returns. Sometimes it’s after a company ventures into unfamiliar and unsuccessful territory.

But I’d venture a guess that few companies are willing to really get back to basics like these folks.
