Shaking Things Up Through Disruptive Innovation

I was reading a magazine at the library one day and I ran across the term ‘disruptive innovation’ a dozen times or so. Apparently, it’s not enough to innovate anymore. You really need to shake things up and disrupt entire industries, economies, ecosystems, etc.

So, after a few minutes of turning this over and over in my head, I took it apart. I thought it would be funny to just focus on the disruptive part and deal with the innovation later.

This was so fun to draw. I especially enjoy the spilled soda, the door off it’s hinge and the shirtless guy. He looks like he really got into it.
