      I agree, Robert. There are opportunity costs in business. While you’re taking 5 times longer than an expert trying to figure out how to do something yourself, you’re missing out on some opportunity. People talk a lot about small businesses not having much money. But something even more precious is time. I have even less time than I have money. The smart business owner learns how to weigh the value of his/her time and the team’s time.

If my clients have the time, and are social media-digital marketing savvy, and I mean really savvy, my team can train them on the software and let them manage their social media customer experience themselves, but for the majority of small business owners, most don’t have the time and or expertise to manage their social media professionally.
