How the Winners are Chosen

There will be two kinds of winners for the Small Business Book Awards, Community Choice Winners and Judges’ Winners. The Community Choice winners are those books that received the most community votes. The Judges’ Winners are chosen by our esteemed panel of expert judges who will make their choices based on their area of expertise and review of the books.

It’s a Reading List, it’s a Best of List, it’s the Small Business Book Awards of 2014!

The Small Business Book Awards are so much more than your basic Book Awards.  We know that small business owners are insanely busy, and we also know you are voracious readers; always looking for ways of improving and growing your business. So where are you supposed to find the best books for small business owners? The Small Business Book Awards, of course.

The books that are nominated may not make the New York Times Best Seller list, but they are books that small business owners have read and nominated. They are books that our staff has read and reviewed and they are books that you should probably have on your nightstand or Kindle.

If you’ve got one of those books on the brain, nominate it now while you still can:

  1. It is time to recognize all those authors that may not have hit the limelight but deserves to be recognized. This is a great way to find new interesting book titles and authors.

  2. Man! I’m disappointed that I didn’t make this nomination in time. I really would have liked to nominate David Fasanya’s ‘Way of the Junglpreneur’. Easily my top pick for 2014 and probably of several years prior.
I highly recommend looking into that one and checking out the authors website. Really fresh and unique perspectives that can only inspire motivation and creativity.
