  1. protecting your company data is easier said than done. Sure, you can set up security measures but you are never 100% safe from attacks especially online attacks.

  2. Some very useful resources here. For us it is a difficult balance between asking for too much info on a contact for that turns people away and not asking for enough so that we need to then ask it later anyway to help them.

    • I suggest asking for information when they make a purchase. This way, they are already committed and will be more open to leaving their contact information.
