  1. There’s nothing wrong with holding meetings as long as it does not prevent you from doing your actual work. I have seen so many business owners who love to hold meetings in place of work.

  2. Excellent point about planning your schedule around more productive and less productive times of the day. So often meetings go off the rails when everyone’s feeling unfocused and sleepy.
