Less is More – More or Less

less is more business cartoon

I love to play with words.

I think it comes from listening to so much George Carlin growing up. Carlin was a guy who loved words … all words. Even, maybe especially, bad words.

So when I’m playing with the phrase “Less is more” and I come across the phrase “More or less,” I can’t help myself but to try to figure out a way to put them together

This might take a read or two to decipher, but I think it’s a gag Carlin might have enjoyed.

  1. LOL Awesome drawings. I love that none of them have foreheads! Yes sometimes we need more “Less is more” and less “more is less” but other times we need more “more is more” and less “less is more”. 🙂

  2. Mark,

You totally grew up with the right comedian. Carlin has been my personal #1 years now although I am sad to say I discovered his work 1 month after his death 🙁

Less is more indeed and we need more of that too 😛 I am currently in the midst of trying to convince my employers this exact thing but their money-wired brains are not really getting the message.

In any way, very entertaining drawing, really enjoyed it 🙂
