Your Company’s Next Hire Won’t Save the World

employee interview cartoon business

I read an interview online about, well, interviews. The writer listed several standard questions you might be asked and one stuck out at me — “Tell me about a time you had a problem at work and how you dealt with it.” (OK, technically that’s not a question, but you get the idea.)

I started spinning the idea further and further out until this sort of quite desperate take on it came through.

It took a few tries to get the wording just right, but if the guy in this cartoon has a good answer, I think he’s got the job!

  1. Haha! It is not good to think that your next employee will save you. But sometimes, expectations like that can come up especially if you have a rich portfolio/resume.
