  1. I think it is not just about the process but also about putting your business to be seen on mobile. This is because usage is no longer on desktops or laptops but on mobile gadgets and you have to be seen by your target market.

  2. At first, I use mobile to connect with my clients easier. Now it has become the main channel for finding new customers (more than a storefront).

    • I would only anticipate this trend to continue as more and more users go to their phone first before any other medium for everything from purchases to services. And for now, the more you invest in mobile the bigger competitive advantage you have!
