  1. There are some people who are just fit as customer service people. It will take a few scenarios to find this out. They have to do the job and you’ll see if they are a fit for it. That’s what I learned from my own experience.

    • But I am not saying that people cannot be trained. I have seen people become good customer service agents even through training alone but it is better if they are made for it.
